Phone number Notice

We have many locations to serve you. The dialup numbers for each location are given below. For the best performance we recommend dialing the access number that is the shortest distance from the number that you enter.

Before you use any dial-up number for Internet access, you must contact your local telephone service provider to verify if the number in question would be a toll-charge call for you.

You can reach your local operator by dialing "0". Let the operator know the telephone number that you are dialing from and the number that you are dialing to. The operator will then verify whether or not the number is a toll-charge call for you.

If your located in Ohio then you can check for local exchanges that are local calling on the PUCO web site. Just enter the area code and exchange of your phone and the area code and exchange you want to call and it will tell you if it is a local number or a toll call.

If you are in or calling an SBC exchange then you can use their local calling web site to see what exchanges are local.

It is your sole responsibility to verify this information. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur.
